Total scam. They do absolutely nothing. Made on time payments every month. Would call and see how things were going on my credit situation, and could never get an answer would just be told go check your online portal. It was a total waste of money and they did absolutely nothing. Got nothing off my credit report even though they said they could during our consultation. My credit went up when I was paying them because I stopped using my credit all together, and was paying everything off. That’s the only reason my credit went up while I was paying them. Don’t waste your money.

I canceled my use of top flight assistance and they still took money out of my bank causing a series of fees and negativity in my life. I have yet to hear back from a rep. Very disappointed in how this company is getting over on those in need
