I paid $1700.00 I had 1 Negative they never touched it, I could not access the portal, the phone number was never available , no one ever answered. I WAITED 5 MONTHS and when I asked for A REFUND they refused to give me back my money. I have asked to speak to the refund department they still have not had some call me for the refund. I believe I will have to take them to small claims court to get my money back. They only needed to remove 1 NEGATIVE, they never did it.
