One of the absolute worst customer service experiences of my adult life. I am not concerned that we’re not able to resolve any of my credit issues. The $900 is gave to them doesn’t concern me. I’m talking about the customer service. The dont reply to messages in a timely manner. You call to speak to a live body and wait 45 minutes in a queue, to be hung up on. You schedule a time to call them and they never call. The only decent service was through the chat service. They were finally able to have someone call me so I could cancel my wife and I service. I will chalk this up as a lesson learned and to make sure I do proper due diligence on a company before entrusting them with improving my credit. Read more >
