My husband was taking our dog to this groomer pretty often last year and everytime he would take him, the owner would complain about how our dog had anxiety and how she didn’t like to groom him. We’re paying you each time to groom our dog, if you don’t like grooming him - just decline service. My husband also tips each time on top of the regular amount. What’s the point in grooming a dog you don’t like? We would get a grooming & de-shedding service for him and the most recent time my husband took him, the de-shedding was half done and not as good as the previous times. We don’t pay to listen to someone complain, do your job.
