We have been using this location since Feb 2016. Although not every single visit is perfect, all pet owners/parents need to first and foremost remember how squirrely and uncooperative pets can be in new surroundings or when startled. This can happen at anytime with the people coming and going in this establishment to pick up and drop off pets. I am pretty sure that no one would put their animals in harms way intentionally. These people have been bathing and grooming many of our animals, and like I said - not all cuts were to perfection, as some of the staff are learning still too, but I dont believe there has ever been any malice on the side of the groomers. I have only run into one situation where I did not appreciate the comments made to me by a staff member ("I" know my dog and her habits) and I addressed the statement with Cynthia directly and she assured me... This place is a very good place!! I like Cynthia, she always does my dog very nicely and they always smell so clean! I've never had any issues here and I would recommend her to anybody!! she had even cut both of my Ferrets nails for me. 😍😍 Read more >
