My experience overall was good and my babies seemed to be fine afterwards. The only thing was that when I asked for a normal schnauzer cut, I assumed they would shave them close from the head to the tail and trim the skirt and they did not. The hair was shorter than when I brought them in, but now at about 2 weeks since the appt, they look shaggy like they need a haircut !! It was just a lack of communication I guess - I hope next time will be better !! Read more >
