I love this company. Very professional throughout the whole process. Jillian was fantastic! Very patient with our pups and training was very effective. She even came back out a couple of weeks later to test the pups again. I have nothing but great things to say and highly recommend this company!

I have been with Pet Stop since 2018 and been very pleased! This week we added a collar for our newest rescue beagle Wally. We’ve had Wally since December but he had to undergo heartworm treatment and just got cleared to be off leash! I was quickly put in touch Rhonda who is the trainer in my area! I can’t say enough good things about Rhonda! She was amazing! She was on time, easy going, very knowledgeable and experienced. She took her time with Wally and made sure that I understood all of the steps I need to do to reinforce his training. I highly recommend Pet Stop!

During this time when quality customer service is difficult to come by, the folks at Pet Stop far exceeded my expectations. Rhonda was at my door just hours after I called for an estimate. With an extremely difficult yard on a steep slope Chris hand trenched the line for the fence to give our dogs optimal space for a yard. Rhonda returned to provide high quality training to our unpredictable and highly distractible terrier puppy and our aging rescue dog with a visual impairment. Both dogs graduated and are using the fence boundaries effectively keeping them safe.

The communication from the entire team was timely, transparent, and useful. Kudos to Pet Stop for helping calm our concerns about how to keep our pups safe after a new move in a tricky yard!
