I am absolutely thrilled with the installation of my invisible fence! Pet Stop went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with professionalism and a smile. Including training my Labradoodle puppy in one day!!!!!) Their kindness won my dog over almost immediately. Their dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of their work. Yes, Cliff and Cathy are very professional. Great in providing information and no attempt to oversale. Very pleasant to deal with and on point in estimating the costs. Pet Stop of Central Virginia was very pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer my questions and explain the training process thoroughly. Installation of the underground fencing was quick and encompassed all of our chosen area. Initial training went well. They were responsive in a very timely manner when it was time to make appropriate adjustments to best suit our dog's needs.

This is a family run business so you get the personal service from a local business. They are quick to respond to your needs to keep the "fur" babies safe! I have used their service for about 11 years and just had Cliff out to repair a break in my line due to a accidental cut. It was repaired same day! Storm a Great Pyrenees and Marshall a German
Shepherd. We wanted to give them about an acre to have to be able to roam and play safely. We all know a Great Pyrenees will roam wherever their noses take them. Storm doesn't even pay attention to where it takes her but she knows when to stop thanks to our invisible fence. Marshall is very protective of his space and his safety as well as others is a top priority. He knows his boundaries. Cliff and Cathy are great. They spent some time walking our property and guiding us on the best placement of the fencing.

We've had a pet stop installation for over a year now and it has been wonderful and trouble free! The installation and set up were quick and easy. Cliff and Cathy are very easy to work with and very thorough. Our young and very energetic dog enjoy enjoys his roughly two acres of territory. It only took a couple of shocks on the first day for him to learn what the little white marker flags stand for. The only downside (not really) is that the only way he will leave the encircled area is in our car. For a reasonable price, we got a second collar for my son's dog to use when he comes to visit. It is so great to be able to just open the door and let him out and not worry about him straying.
