Great customer service! We moved into a house with a fence from another company who weren't available to fix a problem with our system. They came out and repaired the break in our underground wire within two days. Very responsive - communication is excellent!

Cliff and Cathy provided exceptional service from the original quote to the prompt installation! They not only install the electric fence, but took the time to show us how to train our puppy. The app is extremely helpful for training and we appreciate the follow up emails. GREAT company and GREAT people!

Very happy and highly recommend Pet Stop of Central Va! We tried a wireless system and also looked into GPS fences for our 3+ acre yard. This led us to underground wire for its reliability and proven track record. Had two companies come out for a quote and chose Pet Stop because of their customer service. They talked us through options we didn't know were even possible and customized a 2 zone fence layout that has given us flexibility. Their follow-up and training post-purchase has been excellent as well.

Pet Stop is the best in Charlottesville and beyond. We live south of Charlottesville on 5 acres and really needed help creating a fence for our dog that allowed for the front to be seperated from the back yard. Cliff and Cathy helped us design the perfect system that another company failed to be able to provide for us. We also love the handheld device for inside the house training. Our dog is independently enjoying the outside and also loves to hang out with us while we are out with her or doing chores! Customer service is spot on!

I am absolutely thrilled with the installation of my invisible fence! Pet Stop went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with professionalism and a smile. Including training my Labradoodle puppy Spike in one day!!!!! Their kindness won my Spike over almost immediately. Their dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of their work.
