Robert C. has been servicing my houses in El Dorado County since 2002. We briefly went to another company and quickly returned back to Pest Control because of your service and more importantly Robert's service to us. Robert has become part of our family as we have gone through just about everything involving pests including chasing down multiple rats that caused significant damage to one of our vehicles, relentless ants looking for water, squirrels in my attic. Robert has been a lifeline when I became a widow after losing my husband and told me what I needed to do to close in my garage and exterior doors from the rats, he gave me solutions that even I could understand and work with. With each visit they ask if we have any specific concerns they should address. When we needed an extra service they arrived next day to see if they could help.
