All contact with personnel was professional, pleasant and efficient. However, the third item on the work order: 'debris hauled off and taken away' was compromised by the tool used. The leaf blower used to remove the debris, which is not environmentally friendly, scattered much of it below, on the driveway, patio and garden; left for us to deal with.
