I called the company and Quentin called back immediately. He was concerned about meeting my expectations and returned with a crew the same day and supervised the cleaning himself. He was polite and respectful and everything was done to my complete satisfaction. A company that is willing to go the extra mile (even with a demanding customer 😬) is worth giving a shot. I would use them again.
