Perfect Pear Roof & Exterior Cleaning

I picked these guys when I bought my house I seen they had good reviews and after talking to them I felt they where knowledgeable so I was fine with paying extra. I Paid almost $700 he was here about 2.5 hours including set up time and I have quite a bit of carpet so I thought it was a rushed the next day when it dried I realize how horrible of a job it was , at first I thought maybe it was just the carpet cause non of the traffic areas showed any better even though its a high end carpet and they where not that dirty but I finally got out my home carpet cleaner yesterday and went over a few of the spots and one of the higher traffic areas and it looks perfect today. I mentioned it to my parents who had been over right after the carpets where cleaned an my moms response was "I didn't want to say anything but I didn't think they did a good job it looks like they didn't even do...

This is our first time using this company. AWESOME JOB! Loved the work. The company is very professional, on time, and worked until the job was done. We are 100% satisfied with the work. Will user them again when it is time to clean the carpets. WE have two teenagers and a dog so we had some tough stains in our bonus room. The carpet now look brand new!

These guys are great! Deland and his crew are very friendly, always professional, and their work is top-notch . My carpet is like new after my dogs used it as their personal toilet, and I can't thank them enough. I definitely will be using them in the future.

Whether it's Deland and his assistant, or Deland, they are always extremely curteous and helpful. Service is quick when it has to be, but thorough and good always. I appreciate the good rates and job when it's finished. They are consistently punctual which is rare in any industry these days, they don't keep you waiting and always have a smile. The work is good and I believe anyone would benefit from knowing them. The many dogs we have rescued are always in a clean environment, for us every 6 months works just right.
