We had our oriental rug cleaned by Perfect Pear Home Pros and boy what a difference! Life with 3 kids and a dog will do a number on any floor surface and it's good to know where I can go to keep things clean! I was very impressed with the professional knowledge regarding Oriental rugs and the need for a pad under the rug; now it's protected and much more comfortable to walk and sit on. Deland from Perfect Pear was very thorough in answering all my questions and took care of a bad spill of water softener salt that leaked into one of our bedrooms! He did a nice job and made sure I was happy with the quality of his carpet cleaning before wrapping up the job.
