We just had all of our chairs, couches and rugs cleaned and protected by Perfect Pear. This was no small job!

Deland is very knowledgeable about how to get stains out of each individual fabric, as well as how to protect it. He also knew how to prevent our marble in our shower from yellowing and was able to protect it so that it wouldn't get worse.

When we moved here, the moving truck went through a storm so a couple of the rugs were filthy and yellowed. Perfect Pear was able to get all the stains out and the rug looks perfect again!

Randy did a fantastic job with the cleaning process and is great to work with. He went above and beyond what was required or expected by cutting a rug pad that had been delivered in the wrong size....

I had strawberry milk stains in my carpet and with vomit and the team came out and worked hard to extract the stains and instructed me how to clean future stains. Extremely professional and punctual.

Perfect Pear has cleaned our carpets several times and have always been pleased with the service and results.. Fred was here today to clean a bedroom.

Very positive experience. Fred was terrific and my carpet looks great. We have two medium sized dogs who drag a lot of muck into the house. At least my house looks fresh and clean right now! I highly recommend them, I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

Incompetent. Liars. Ruined my rug. Stole my money. This is the worst excuse for a business I’ve ever encountered. Using this company has been a huge mistake every single step of the way.

1. I dropped my rug off for cleaning and was upsold to “guarantee” to take the smell away. Didn’t work. Twice.

2. I pick up the rug and they give back to me still damp (meaning he forgot I needed the rug and tried to do it quickly instead of taking the time to do it right) I’m also told they’ll send me an invoice for the other half of the payment even though my rug is still damp and not cleaned.

3. I bring the rug back a 2nd time (from out of town since I moved) Still not cleaned after the 2nd time. It’s now been 3 months since dropping it off the first time!!!

4. I was given every excuse in the book.
