I called to inquire about the exterior services. I spoke to Margaret and she was so very sweet. She has an amazing bubbly attitude. She explained what we needed to do first and then proceed to answers my questions about the company. She gave me options of times and days for the inspection. They were on time for the inspection and the man was very knowledgeable and a no pressure kind of approach, which I like and the work was amazing! Thank you for a job well done. I will be using them for all of my outside stuff!

I took my area rug that had been saturated by dog pee (gross I know) to Perfect Pear Home Pros. Deland, the owner, spent time explaining what could be done and was very focused on doing the very best he could to rescue the rug. There is no question that Perfect Pear knows their stuff. If you have need in the services that they provide, I heartily endorse them. You will be pleased by their expertise and quality of work, something that is hard to find these days.

They claim to be environmentally responsible, however they litter the roads and private property.

I called Perfect Pear at the recommendation of a realtor friend when another company really did a poor job - left stains, visible shampoo residue, etc. and would not come back to make the situation right. I was desperate! I was expecting overnight company in just a few days. They worked me in the day I called. The owner came out, looked over the situation, and gave me three choices of ways to address it. The technicians were polite, thorough and professional. The carpets looked amazing and by the time they left, they were dry enough to walk on. Unlike the other company, they did not leave my hard surface floors a mess. The owner even called to make sure I was satisfied. I was and I am. I would definitely call them back.

Also cleaned driveway and sidewalk / front walk - the house, driveway and walks look awesome now. Great job!

I used them for Grout Cleaning and staining . They showed up on time and professional. Fred went through the entire process of what they were about to do explaining in every detail. I would highly suggest this company.

They are a good company with professional and experienced staff. My biggest complaint is the exorbitant number of emails and flyers I receive promoting their services. I would prefer not to be the recipient of their sales enthusiasm.
