We've had these folks do our home, pool and lanai areas in the past, as well as area rug removal and cleaning, and they did a good job. Unfortunately, they totally no showed us today. We made the appointment for 9am to specifically be their first call. I got up at 5am to clear the back patio so their man-babies didn't have to do it. When I called the office at 10:15a, Margaret had no info and had to call back. She claimed there was no appointment set since they didn't take a 10% deposit. No one ever mentioned a 10% deposit EVER. No show, no apology and completely stubborn during the conversation. They seemed like a decent family run business.... maybe not so much now?
