PepSolar was very friendly and thorough. They took the time to find out what we wanted to accomplish with our system. We discussed budget, current and potential future electricity usage.
They reviewed our goals and then gave us several options as to the style of the system. Which included the number of panels, pattern, and placement of the panels either on the ground or on the roof. Also with or without batteries, the number of batteries, and the placement of the batteries.
Due to the weather, as well as the permit submissions, reviews, inspections, and approvals process; it took longer than inspected to get our system up and running.
However once PepSolar started our installation, they finished our project before moving on and starting someone else's project.

Pep Solar is professional, extremely knowledgeable, they install 15.6 kw on my roof, without any problems, they work with me to
make the filing deadlines of APS. the system has performed flawlessly for four plus years, recently one Solar Edge inverter went bad, they called the company and had a new one installed quickly and efficiently. This is what I want from a solar provider,
excellent installer and the ability to check the system and keep it in tip top condition. This is what I have received from Pep Solar,

PEP solar is very responsive, communicative, and does good work. There was a struggle to get approval and completion from the electric company, but PEP solar was quick to get things scheduled once the electric company responded.

Pep did an amazing job. Our project was bigger than most, I wanted a covered "parking lot" sized solar panel in our back pasture. Our zoning was different than normal and it required a lot of hoops to jump through. They nailed it. Everything is up and running. Sunny days and free electricity.
