Amazing experience from start to finish. Dallas and Goran were always available to provide project updates. The installation crew led by Mike was punctual, experts, and answered every question I had. Additionally, post installation, PEP Solar has been available to answer any questions on my system.

The system has been functioning great and I didn't have an electric bill the entire month of April!

We engaged Pep Solar to inspect a solar system and battery array on a home purchase. There were so informative and responsive. Should we need upgrades or future work completed, they will be our first call.

Locally owned company, great owners and staff. We had an issue after the heat pump was installed and they are fast to respond and help. Quality equipment, knowledgeable and professional installers.

We've been waiting YEARS for our solar installation by PEP. They have thousands of dollars of our money and all we have gotten are excuses...but only when we ask, "what is a happening?" We don't even get a monthly update.

In September 2023 my wife and I purchased a solar hybrid mini-split air conditioner. After we paid half down, we were ghosted by the sales and management teams. Finally got through to someone and then that person disappeared. Then received a new account manager. Found out then that the company had no parts and experiencing logistics issues with the supplier. So over six months later we finally have our Unit. I would give the owner and management less. But the install team was awesome! They deserve better than 5 stars and the only reason I’m giving a five star review.
