PEP Solar

I just purchased a home in Peoria which already had solar panels. I called this company to ask about upgrades and purchasing additional panels. I was told I have to pay between $400 and $800 just for them to come out! The guy was nice about it but that’s nonsense lol

Although I did not utilize this company - they office person was awesome. I called in to see about an inspection that I need to have done for a home that I am purchasing. The person that I spoke to was so helpful she was able to help me figure put who and when it was installed - the current owner has not been able to tell me that. It was super helpful and I would recommend these people to anyone

I have lived in Casa Grande for 6 years. After moving I had contacted PEP SOLAR to first provide me information and then an estimate to put solar on my home. I had checked with 5 different companies. From the estimate to early reviews I selected PEP SOLA . They were great to work with. They took care of everything from applying for all permits, arranging financing, and they work with my electric service to get connected to the grid.
I have continued to use them for updates to my system, warranty work and general maintenanc .
They have been extremely reliable . When I have called for maintenance they are responsive usually the next day. They do what they say and are on the job when they say they will be at my home. I researched many solar companies and chose PEP for several reasons. I liked that they have been in business for a long time in this area. My sales rep, Dallas, explained the process to me in language I could understand. He was friendly and never did the over sell. He was able to contact the owner, Sean, to answer a question I had about tax credits. Diane, in the office is outstanding with her customer service. She makes you feel like family. The installation went seamlessly with Mike and his team. Mike answered questions on the spot and never made me feel like I was bugging him! My experience with the PEP Solar team was exceptional! I am so excited to have my solar up and running! Thanks to PEP Solar!!
