PEP Solar is THE company! I'd researched for 6 months, called PEP Solar, spoke with Dallas and that was it for me. Dallas explained everything, thoroughly. Once we signed, Mike and his crew; Jason, Doug, and Matt arrived on scheduled day, promptly on time, and once panels were installed, they cleaned up. This entire crew, company, including Diane in the office, represent outstanding knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. Their working relationships with Maricopa county, and APS is absolutely remarkable. From start-to-finish, only 2 months. Added plus, we own our panels.

I would recommend PEP Solar 100%. When other companies didn't want to get involved in our build process PEP Solar stepped right in and got the job done. We wanted the pre-installation work done as our house was being built. We didn't want conduit running down the outside walls of a brand new house. PEP Solar did all the pre-installation work right along side the other contractors and then came back to install the panels once the roof was finished. All the wiring for the solar was installed in the walls and out of sight. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Very professional. They made every commitment on time and always kept me informed as to how things were progressing with permits, drawings/layout and installation...much better than my previous two installations experiences with Tesla/Solar City on my rental properties.

PEP did a fantastic job. Zach and Dale made me promise I would not advertise twelve days from sales pitch to installation and connected to the grid. Clearly several factors worked in our favor: 1) quick 24-hour response from our HOA; 2) cancellation of an install so we could slip into an unexpected slot on the schedule; 3) Encore allowing the system to be connected to the grid; and 4) a good credit rating.

Sales staff and the PEP engineer explained everything to my satisfaction. I'm an electrical engineer and asked more in-depth questions than what the PEP team typically encounters. I had also done independent research on hours of sunlight per day in my location and efficiency that should be realized from the system. The predictions from PEP are turning out to be accurate.

We actually worked some of the final signatures from a cruise ship in the Caribbean....

TX Pep Solar team was phenomenal to work with. From the explanation of the science and logic behind the product, to financial savings, to the financing, PEP made it a very easy and “no-brainer” decision for us. Installation was a breeze and our system was up and running within no time. Definitely will be sharing the benefits of solar with our friends and family and 100% referring them!

I would recommend PEP Solar to anyone who is interested in getting solar panels or needs to have their existing panels taken off or put back on due to a roof problem. They are easy to get in touch with and will be there when they are scheduled. Employees are friendly and willing to work with you.

We needed to have our solar panels removed and replaced so a new roof could be installed. Found PEPsolar and boy are we glad we did. They were on the job at exactly the time needed and left a clean, professional site. I would recommend them highly! Give them a call first!

Since choosing PEP Solar over 5 years ago,
we have been so satisfied with our solar energy.
The biggest reason is that this company listened
to our needs, brought different options to us and ensured that what we got exactly what we wanted.

Every time we had questions, the team at PEP Solar was thoughtful and kind with quick responses.
They patiently explained a lot as we learned solar.

We were worried about being just another number
to a larger company who we thought might save us money. We wanted to go local with our solar project but didn't know if we could afford it. We are so grateful we did. The project was even better than we imagined, cost no more than the big guys and the PEP Solar group treated us like family. They still do. Look no further.

My panels were installed back in 2009 by a different installer than Pep, the panels were from an internationally known maker.
They stopped working a few years ago so I was recommended a solar "expert" to investigate & we contacted the maker.
The original installer had gone out of business.
We were asked countless times for different info & tons of photo's from the maker. Mr EXPERT was up there for many hours & many trips.
It cost me quite a bit of $$$ & finally Mr.Expert said "you are wasting your money & I'm wasting my time. It is obvious the manufacturer is not willing to be professional to help despite the fact you are under warranty, they are giving you the run around "
