PEP Solar provided excellent service to help get our solar connection working again. They worked persistently, in spite of the fact that parts were no longer available, to help find a solution for our older unit so that the meter could function properly. We highly recommend them for their integrity and "can do" work ethic.

The project does what I was told it would do.
The installation crew was professional, they knew what to do and how to do it. When they were finished it is a very neat and clean instillation.

PEP Solar was very easy to work with from sales to institution and for answering questions. Ales listened to my concerns and addressed them with accurate answers. The install team was amazing. They worked together as a team and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. Now that my system is up and running, I cannot express my happiness with the production. One happy customer!

These guys did a great job installing my solar, always showed up on time, if not early, and answered all my weird questions.
They even installed the system slightly outside their current preferred way at my request so that I was able to monitor my own usage with my home automation system and adjust my usage based on my current energy production.

I will start by saying that my Pep Solar system has saved my wife and I thousands of dollars since installed 8 years ago. For that Pep should get 5 Stars. However, there are unresolved issues that don't allow me to give a 5 Star review.

The first and most important issue is the device that is supposed to allow me to monitor my solar panels. It doesn't work and we are flying blind, so to speak, because we have no way to monitor our panel production. I was told by Bonnie of Pep Solar that the company that made the monitor, 'Mage Solar' either doesn't exist anymore, or that no one backs the warranty for this component (I'm a little confused as to what the issue is). She said, via her son, that they could replace this monitor, but that it would also require replacing a component on each of the panels... And that I would need a budget of about $8000+ to address this issue....

Went with Pep Solar for a larger energy project for my home. They took care of everything. Even offered me a 1.5% loan (wow) for my project. The fact that they also keep monitoring the system to check for issues - and navigated and project managed the whole process was awesome. They come very highly recommended from me!

Great company with fantastic results that saves me a significant amount of money monthly to what my precious electric bills were and I also produce extra energy and give back to the grid too with net metering and get some credits and money back. Solar panels help the environment by reducing reliance on fossil fuels, coal, and nuclear energy. I’m impressed with PEP since a few years ago I also received interest free financing and an even bigger federal tax credit. I do not have to feel as guilty using electricity especially in the hot summer months like I used to. It is too bad that newer customers have to pay a solar fee to the utilities now which truly discourages people from using this wonderful source of free and natural energy from our sun.
