Our concern was the mold in that attic. We needed it gone before our daughter came home from her bone marrow transplant. Once the work was finished it looked as if the mold was never even there! I was most impressed with the card we got in the mail letting us know that we were thought of by the Peniel Family. We would recommend Peniel because they did the job that needed to be done. BUT they also are not just a company, they are a family oriented company that doesn’t just think about business, they also supported us in other ways because they knew what we were going through.

Initially my biggest concern was that the mold estimator was going to “horrible-ize” the entire problem. To my amazement, that did not happen. He quoted the job, was very rational, and calmly stated what he recommended be done. I was very impressed with the manner in which the entire matter was handled. No one exaggerated the issue and the problem was taken care of in a very professional and precise manner. .and the best part . . didn't cost half as much as everyone else had predicted. Fantastic company. Put all my fears to rest. Came to my house. Followed up with research. Never charged me a dime. If I ever do have an issue they will be the first company I call.

Due to a few days of below zero temps, on February 16 one of our copper pipes froze, split and burst. We were concerned about water damage as well as residual water damage. The adjuster assigned to us, by our insurance company, can't schedule to come to the house until March 3rd. He instructed us to use either Service Master or ServePro as the mitigation company. However, I chose to consult with a PA and it was brought to our attention of the poor quality of work by these 2 outfits. The PA recommended us to hire Peniel. You guys were here within two hours to assess the damage and came back the next morning to do the work. Watching Franny and his help work quickly, yet efficiently was like watching a crime scene movie. Sections of walls, a hall ceiling and lots of insulation was removed and taken away.
