I was very happy with the assessment, solution, and installation process for our new humidifier. I didn't comparison shop price as I knew that Peniel did great work. There was no followup from sales or operations on how it went or if I needed anything else, which I do, and I'm waiting to get the warrantee information. So the back office part of the work could be a bit tighter.

Our Peniel Environmental experience was terrific. The first contact with Barry Williams was thorough and honest concerning our situation with the mold remediation needed. The two men, AD and Eric that came two weeks later to do the work were polite, efficient and did a complete job, being sure to keep the home protected and clean when they were done their job.
