They are professional personable, and very knowledgeable. They are timely to return calls, schedule and efficient and clear communicators. I have heard that their prices are reasonable, but these services are not inexpensive!. ( Neither of my problems were covered by insurance). They seem like an honest group. I have used them twice now- for mold remediation as well as soot remediation and both jobs were done competently. I feel my home is safer now because of them. -Thornton, NH

Loved working with Peniel. They were prompt with their response for a quote for work to be performed and scheduled work within a week. Workers showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They explained what was going to be done and started the job. Workers completed work and cleaned up when done. Would definitley recommend.

Peniel provided a quote on the work after sending out an estimator to review our issue. They actually came a day early after calling us the day before to alert us. The two people were very neat, they covered the walking area up to the work area. They performed the work professionally, they did what the quote specified and they completed the work in less time than forecast. They remediated our issue and provided a one year warranty. They provided good service, they were responsive and good to work with. We highly recommend this company to resolve any of your environmental issues.

My experience with Peniel Environmental was great from start to finish. They took care of me after a different contractor cut some corners and did some questionable work. Earl was amazing. He came out to my house and we traded countless emails where he advised me regarding what to do. One of the first things he said to me was that they are in the business of doing things right -- that really resonated with me. The crew that came out was great and I'm happy with the work that they did. These guys are the real deal. They know what they are doing and they have all the right equipment. They know the state inspectors by name and work with them regularly. I wish I could go back in time and hire them the first time.
