The two gentlemen who came to work on our attic were very thorough, but what surprised us was how polite and professional they were. Sadly, these are not traits we often encounter with home services professionals. They even vacuumed after they were done.

The estimator/project manager who inspected the job was knowledgable, professional, informative,and personable. Peniel's price was by far the lowest, due to some shrewd assessment of the scope needed. They performed on schedule, and on budget. What more could you ask?

Peniel Environmental was the best company I communicated with from start to end. A buyer’s home inspection found mold in my attic. I contacted 10 companies for a mold remediation quote and not a single one was as easy to talk with and seemed to care of the stress and time constraints I was under to keep our closing on schedule. I received a quote in which the ‘inspector’ stood on a ladder, shined a flashlight around and then provided an astronomical quote. Many other inspectors seemed to know and take advantage of the fact our home was under contract and the work was critical to sell our home so they recommended or required services that were unnecessary and/or overinflated in price. One company was scheduled and never showed up or even called to reschedule. Another company called to cancel their appointment with me because it became inconvenient to their schedule.
