The two men were on time (7:00AM) and polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We hardly knew they were here.
Our attic scuttle hole is in the stairwell going to the basement, and they did not have a ladder long enough to reach it. I offered our extension ladder, which they used, but it seems weird that you wouldn't be prepared with long ladders. Also, we went to significant effort to add ventilation in the eaves on the front and back of the house as required by your proposed solution, however your crew said they could not install the proper vents on some areas on the rear of the house because insulation batts were pushed up against the roof. Disappointed that this wasn't completely done on your part. Hopefully they did proper vents in the other areas, but I didn't see any pictures to prove that it was done. Still waiting for the final test results...
