When a big rainstorm during the winter brought too much water into my finished basement in my house in New England, I phoned two firms for a quote. I called Peniel because I had used them in the past to remove the mold in the attic of a previous house, and they had done a good job. Peniel returned my call within a few days, and stopped by for a visit shortly after. I got a written estimate emailed to me about a week later. I was happy with this timely response, since the other firm never did get me an estimate, and I know that many other homeowners in my area had experienced water in their basement from this storm.
