It was a pleasure to work with Peniel Environmental at every stage of our mold mitigation process. Mold was found during the inspection of our home before we purchased it so having a quick, efficient response was extremely important. Brandon came quickly to do the quote for the work and answered all of our questions. I had no hesitation hiring Peniel after we had met Brandon. When Peniel came to do the actual mitigation, the job was quickly and professionally done. They answered all of my questions and were conscious of any concerns I had. The process felt very safe. I highly recommend Peniel for any mold mitigation needs and I would certainly hire them again!

So many good things to say about Peniel Environmental...showed up right on time, took time to totally protect floors, walls, furnishings, completed all the work seamlessly and efficiently, thoroughly cleaned up all areas and gave a detailed explanation for all work completed. We had mold remediation done in the attic. The employees showed up on time, they prepared the area so no carpets would get dirty with foot traffic, they worked quickly, efficiently and we done much faster than I anticipated. The attic looks brand new.

I selected Peniel Environmental for my moderate attic mold remediation for two reasons, 1) Recommended by my roofing company and 2) Timely responses to my questions and concerns. Peniel did a great job cleaning the areas on the plywood sheathing and end gables where mold was found. Independent lab testing found no fungi present. Peniel also installed new soffit vents, however the following week an insulation company said they were not installed properly and would need to tear them out. Peniel offered $150 cash if this was the case. Peniel plugged 2 of 3 rodent holes but corrected problem same day. Overall I would recommend Peniel.

The gentlemen that came and did the work at my house were very pleasant and thorough. They made sure every thing was covered and took care to make sure my animals were good as well. The work they did was amazing. It’s like there was never any mold.

Brandon Cook, project manager visited the job site multiple times to give us advice and make sure we prepared properly for the mold remediation. When we were ready, the job was scheduled and completed very quickly. Remediation crew showed up early and did a great job. Our job got delayed over 4 months due to some family issues, but Peniel still honored their original quote. Peniel was an excellent company to deal with, quality work at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing environmental services.
