Brendon from Peniel Environmental was crucial to our home buying process. He was very professional, and a huge help when we had to make a request for expedited service. He was able to accommodate our request for a remediation estimate by the end of the day due to our unique circumstances of having a holiday weekend due diligence deadline. We are very happy we chose Peniel Environmental  and will work with them again for future home repairs.

I would highly recommend this company. I used them for mold mitigation in my attic. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions. Kary and her colleague (sorry, forgot his name) were so polite and professional. Five ⭐️ from me!

I am a real estate broker in Weare, NH, whose seller-client had a curve ball thrown at her last week - just eight days before her scheduled closing! It was a really small affected area (only 4.5 sf), but it threatened her closing here in NH as well as her subsequent home purchase in Virginia... both scheduled for THIS FRIDAY! We were notified on Monday that the work has to be done before closing - no flexibility! The decision effectively left us two days to get the work done. How were we going to pull a rabbit out of the hat?!?! I found a thread on a Facebook page. One company was out of business and the others were all booked out three weeks. This was a SMALL job - only one hour +/- of labor - yet I could not find anyone who would / could fit it in. That is, until I spoke with Peniel Environmental. I spoke with Brandon last night just before 6PM. He was on-site this morning at 10 AM...

Truly unprofessional customer service from Gail and Earl. Failed to reply to phone calls/voicemails/ or emails. Complete disregard of incurred costs due to their failure to retrieve dehumidifiers timely. Overcharged for services and threatened with collections without ever receiving a single bill. Disgusted! Would not want anyone to deal with what I did.

Alyssa arrived on time with her co-worker. They were professional. Taped plastic to the flooring where they entered the house to where they were working. It was a difficult job and the worked hard to keep me updated on their progress and plans for finishing. When they left, Alyssa literally got on the floor to vacuum the entire area that they walked back and forth. The mold removal was amazing. It looks as if the wood upstairs was just installed new. Great Job.
