Pecan Creek Academy

Legacy Kids Academy has been great for our son. When he first started last year, he was not used to being around other kids and adults. Over the past year we have seen him break out of his shell and become more active with other kids. He loves going to Legacy Kids Academy everyday and interacting with his classmates and the staff 🙂

What an amazing facility! The front staff was super friendly and helpful.

I’ve put 3 kids through daycare and this is by far the worst experience ever! This place is not for African American children AT ALL! not only did my son get sick! 5 weeks straight! Covid, the flu, strep, rhinovirus, countless of fevers, and now RSV!! It’s obvious they do not clean properly or follow the proper protocol as in not allowing sick kids to come to daycare! For weeks I walked in and saw kids coughing, running noses SICK! But they didn’t care! But the moment my son caught THRUSH from there might I add I was told he couldn’t come back until it cleared, I was also told he couldn’t come back unless he had 3 change of outfits!! Everyday my son had on daycare clothes whn i picked him up, for some odd reason!

One day I was told he needed water as I walk in the class I observe him in the middle of 2 white kids while the 2 white kids are being fed, his food is sitting...

My daughter only lasted about a month here. Many times I am an overprotective mom, therefore I decided to consult with my daughter’s pediatrician to see if my motherly instincts were right or if I was once again being overprotective of my daughter. After my daughter presenting unusual behaviors, her pediatrician advised me to take my daughter out. I paid off the extra two weeks even though my daughter did not continue to attend those two weeks as I was desperate for my daughter to go to a new daycare. I really don’t know what happened to my daughter in this facility that caused her unusual behavior but my daughter is doing so much better at her new daycare. She used to eat three plates for dinner after being picked up from this facility now when being picked up from the new daycare she is back to eating only one plate of food for dinner. I have a very bad experience about this place. I was not to write anything, however I have been deceived with the Good reviews I have seen on this page. This place charged me $490 dollars for only 2 day service among the 4 week period.
1/ The very first day they have lied about my son care.
2/Second day they returned him because it passed little after 10am
3/ The third day I took him he got sick.i have to quit after that, unfortunately I had to pay 2 weeks worth to give withdrawal notice. Today was his last wewk payment I went to get his belongings they have lost his clothes and they gave me the smelly snack had been in the bag for the last 4 weeks.
I was expecting little apology however they hangup the phone on my ear

Logan has been going to Legacy for 3 years. We are forever grateful for the passion and commitment this place has to teach, love and care for him each and every day. He has loved each one of his teachers and also everyone that works there. They have all made such an impact on his life! We will miss them so much when he starts kindergarten this September but knowing that they have prepared him for his next journey has been such a relief. Thank you Legacy for all you do!
