Peas in a Pod Learning Center

Dear Stephanie Shoemake. As a great grandfather, it pleases me to hear from family and friends about your continued passion for being a positive influence in the lives of children. I'd be comfortable leaving my child with you and Peas in a Pod, because I trust you. I like the idea of being able to view the children via your high-tech camera system. I admire your confidence to put your daily work on display. I have much respect for your strength in dealing with a lot of little ones, all needing attention at the same time. Sincere best wishes for your continued success. Ray

My grandson goes to Peas in a Pod. One day I stopped by for a visit and I could tell how much he loved his teacher. It is such a good feeling to know he is happy when he is there.
The cameras in the rooms are a big plus!! In this day and age it is such a comfort to be able to look in on your child and see that they are doing well.
Having had my own children in daycare, this is a facility I would have chosen. I would definitely have felt comfortable leaving my children at Peas in a Pod.

I adore Pea's in a Pod learning center. My nieces and nephews have attended here. Some of them have graduated. I have a nephew currently attending. I enjoy the friendly and loving family atmosphere in a clean, orderly and comfortable environment. I love watching my nephew on the webcam. Technology is amazing now a days! I like to watch him having fun and learning. He has gotten really smart and is developing wonderfully! The director is very knowledgeable and friendly. She loves the kids and works very hard to make sure they are happy and safe. The teachers are so caring and dedicated. This is a great place for little ones to learn and socialize.

My son attended Peas in a Pod for almost a full year. Our reason for leaving was due to moving back to the Dallas area. I keep up with the school on Facebook. I've recently read these negative reviews and I understand eveyone has their opinion and experience, so I'm going to share mine. Marissa, who is now the assistant director, was my child's teacher at the time. She was absolutely amazing with him and every other child in her care from what i saw in class and on the Web cameras. My son came home singing new songs and he was happy. After the first week, he would just walk into class completely comfortable. When I had questions or needed to speak with office staff they were always very polite and professional. One thing that stuck out to me was the lock on the front door. In the year that my son was there the code was changed routinely so that it was always secure. We loved the...

I love being a part of the peas in a pod family as a parent and staff member! My little one has learned so much while he has been there! Ms. Stephanie takes great care of us!

I love working at Peas in a Pod! It's the best place I have ever worked!!! The people I work with are Awesome, I have never felt more at home and treated like family. I made some friends!

I am a teacher at Peas in a Pod. I love my coworkers and the families that come to Peas in a pod but most of all we love the kiddos! The teachers here at Peas show so much care, love, and guidance to the children each day! They do their best to give great care to each child each and every day!

ZERO STARS: Absolutely do NOT recommend this facility for anyone. When my daughter first started there we were lucky enough to have great teachers in her class but a few months in found out that both of her primary teachers and a sub were all leaving to go work at another facility. The new teacher brought in by the owner were AWEFUL. One of them had to be taught how to change a diaper because she literally had no clue, and this was noticeable as my daughter was having blowouts every single day during nap because she wasn't putting her diapers on right. My daughter would come home with diapers that weren't even hers, 2 sizes too small once even though she had a full supply of diapers. The final straw for my husband and I was when my daughter was missed for TWO diaper changes. She went FIVE HOURS without a diaper change. Came home with a rash and I checked her daily report and noticed...

Peas in a pod has been such a blessing to be apart of. My little one has progressed tremendously since he has started. The love his teachers have for him is obvious and it is so comforting as a first time mom. Ms. Stephanie takes such wonderful care of us and I love the constant communication I get from her to keep informed on my child and things going on in the school. As an employee and parent, peas in a pod takes wonderful care of us and we love it here!
