Excellent service, took my truck in because my AC went out. They squeezed me in their schedule to do a diagnostic and sent me over the problem and cost as well as 3 other issues I was unaware of. They were thorough and straightforward. Truck was up and running again when they said it would be. Cheaper than what the ford fleet service center would have charged me and didn’t BS me on any of it. Very pleased with the service and efficiency of using them and will be taking my truck here from now on.

Had an emergency repair. I do heavy haul run my truck pretty hard. Called them got me in immediately even though they were busy. Diagnosed my truck and repaired all issues and some I didn’t know about. They’re not like other shops, if they find something they’ll show you. Explain everything in detail and won’t throw unnecessary parts at it. Even though they’re only open Monday to Friday they had two techs come in Saturday to get me moving. Great place.

Went in because my A/C didn’t blow cold, another shop wanted to charge me $1500 to fix a whole bunch of stuff but I took it to patriot diesel and all they did was charge the A/C and it blew cold. Trustworthy shop for sure.
