Quality, compassion towards customers. Tracy was such a delight to work with. I placed an order on-line over the weekend. Tracy shared with me Monday that the item ordered is no longer available. Tracy was very cordial. I also asked a few questions only to be informed promptly the answers. I substituted my item same day. Tracy was kind enough to leave pricing as is even though my second choice was more retail dollars. You have ONE chance to make a FIRST impression. Pate Enterprises is a great company - they really focus on the Consumers. When most stores and businesses will not do business with a Consumer either because of bad credit or no credit, Pate Enterprises WILL DO BUSINESS with those people! They really help provide needed products to a segment of society that traditional banks ignore - keep it up!
