I requested a credit increase and she made note of a future date as requsted by myself to follow up with me to both Ox Publishing and Hutton Chase and she actually followed up as promised. With her efforts, I was able to do a credit line increase and she even accomodated my request to change future payment dates to my account which allowed me to make my payments on time.
