What a deep and thorough scrub down of a clean and sealing of our floor tile, all 860 sq ft of it, Jeremy did. I knew from the time he gave me an in person estimate that he was the guy to bring my tile floor and grout back to life. He shared so much knowledge of right and wrong products to use on the tile. Hired Parr's to clean the floors of my new residence (concrete, tile, wood). He spent considerable time testing to find out what was necessary and what would and wouldn't work for my particular situation, then recommended only the treatments that would get the best results. I knew I haired the right guy, when he told me what needed to get done, without over charging me. When I bought my home, they had a small dog and that smell just didn't come out. The carpet now looks brand new, and it is very clean, the pet smell is gone, Fantastic Job!!
