Jeremy and his son did the best job I ever had on our bedrooms carpet cleaning. I chose Jeremy’s quote on Yelp after he explained his method of cleaning when i inquired why his price was at a premium compared to others. He professionally and patiently answered all my questions. On the appointment date, they were on time, explained everything ahead of time after a thorough inspection while I was pointing out known stains that has been there for years. Two hours later, the carpet was 80% dry, the rooms smelled amazing, and the hallway wood floors and everything around the carpet was spotless. Needless to say my “known” stains were all gone except for one! So all in all, for the confidence and trust, timely completion and especially quality of the output, the premium was worth it.
