Jeremy is super knowledgeable and experienced. We thought all that we needed was regular maintenance-like steam mop cleaning. Come to find out, we had grout haze throughout the house, a residue left from the contractor who failed to understand how to lay tile and clean grout to avoid the tacky buildup. Jeremy was able to identify the root cause, recommend the right solution, and was diligent in making sure there was no more tacky residue left after his cleaning. He was patient with the process, cleaning incrementally to allow for a quality check before moving forward, and overall made sure we were satisfied with the results. The floors are super smooth and easy to wipe clean now. My shoes don’t stick nor leave foot marks, and dirt isn’t being left on the tile anymore. Had our carpets cleaned by well known national operator but were disappointed as they left a brown tinge on our light grey carpets. Despite calling them back to do another clean there was no significant improvement so I called Parr's.
Jeremy stopped by to take a look.
He gave his diagnosis and quoted a reasonable price for an extraction to remove residual product left in the carpet by the other company.

Jeremy and his son were a pleasure to work with. We had two large rugs with pet stains and they took the rugs with them so they could do an in-depth cleaning and totally flood them with water/cleaning solution.
