Pally Roofing replaced my roof and gutters after a storm rolled through our neighborhood in 2022.
No problems with my roof, but my gutters are a total disaster that they have ignored for well over a year now.
They never replaced the fascia boards and water just pours through the crack that runs the length of my gutters between the roof and the gutters.
All of the people I had originally dealt with are no longer employed with the company and I have had no luck getting anyone out to handle this after several promises to do so since last Summer.
Thousands of dollars wasted because they weren’t competent enough to realize the fascia boards needed to be replaced.
Pally Roofing may have lots of great reviews, but how a company handles customer service issues and problems when they arise speaks volumes to the integrity of its ownership and management team.

The men that cleaned and treated the roof did a perfect job. The roof looks like new. They finished, showed us a photo of how the finished roof looked and did a good job of clean up with all the debris dropped from our oak tree. They hauled all the cruddy stuff away. Phillip was so pleased with what they did for us and you could see the pride in his demeanor when reporting to me that the roof looked like new. The price was manageable as well. Great attitude, excellent work, good communication. Thank you PALLY ROOFING.
