Marc and his crew helped to pull me out of a bad situation...
I had hired another group to glaze and paint the windows in my small house. I called their references and felt ok about using them for this job. They started the first day while I was at work. When I got home, I found that they had removed the old glaze from every window, instead of completing one won widow at a time. This left my house completely vulnerable with every pane, just sitting there. Oh... and it was going to rain the next few days! They did return and start again, but after other mis-steps on their part, I asked them to leave.
