I have been a service advisor for multiple car dealerships for over 6 years and I am literally taking the time out of my day to write this review on behalf of a customer of mine with absolutely nothing to gain except to educate ANYONE who may possibly decide to choose such a horrible excuse for a warranty company.

This is the biggest joke and excuse for a warranty company I have ever heard of. They deny a vast majority of their claims, and in my experience, all of them. They lie and say things are pre-existing but can offer no proof of how they determine that. I ask for a supervisor, adjustor, or anyone above the entry level call taker for claims and they say they do not answer the phone and there is NO way to contact them whatsoever. I have been in process for a claim for over a month and they have never reached out even after multiple attempts to contact them, then they...
