This place is a scam!!! I waited over 8 days for any kind of response to get my car fixed, which to this moment, they still haven't responded! The repair dealership sent all the documentation, made all the phone calls, and still no response! Ox wouldn't even confirm the claim for my repairs, everything was automated, and when I did speak to someone, all I got was transfers to a dead end phone extension, or attitude because they would not answer any questions!! The dealership tried to make contact to them continuously, one time he waited 45 minutes to get through, then suddenly he was disconnected!!! So, after 8 days of trying, I finally had to pay the repair charge out of pocket to get my car back ($1,900.00)!!! Now, Ox says, since I paid the bill myself, they absolutely won't reimburse me because I paid it instead of them!! I am now seeking legal options, I already reported them to...

The worst. The claims department wont answer the phone. They play the ‘wait it out” game. Dont let the sales rep fool you. All that niceness is replaced by ignoring you in your time of need. When you really need them to come through for you, they wont do it. I have been calling 4-5 times a day for more than a week and have yet to reach a claims adjuster. This is such a crooked company. The the adjusters supposedly take lunch at 10-11 PST, what kinda crap is that? Total department shutdown. I will never, repeat NEVER purchase or recommend this crap to anyone else. I will make it my mission to spread the word about how terrible they are and not to buy them.
