I can't lie, I was very frustrated with the way I was being treated when asking for the my $20 refund from an over chare on my subscription. I was so frustrated that I called back to cancel my subscription. Then Gabriel, the service supervisor, understood how I was feeling and how upset I had become by putting himself in my shoes. After speaking with Gabriel, I’ve decided to keep my subscription with Ox Car Care. Way to go Gabriel! I am not an easy man to please once I’ve made my mind up due to frustration. Oh, and thank you Gabriel!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I have had ox care for 3 years and never used them. My starter went out on my car on 10/31/25 and still not fixed or approved! The dealership called several times , as well as I did on 10/31/25 and the phone continues to disconnect. We finally was able to speak to someone on thst day for tgem to tell us it will take 48 -72 hours to review. I called Ox again on 11/7/25 @5:22, 5:40, 5:51, 5:57 and 6:14 EST. Each time the call disconnect except for the 5:41 call. Customer rep. Answered and stated they needed information regarding my car. She wanted to know how the car broke down. I advised it would not start. She wanted to know who found out why car dud not start and the oil leak. I said i did fir tge starter and why does that matter in a calm voice. She raised her voice stating she understand that I don't want to answer these questions. I...
