The mechanic shop sent in the bill. They would never get a hold of my mechanic. He would be on hold and the phone would just disconnect. I have called several times and the same thing with my call it would get disconnected also. My car never got paid by Oxcar Care. I recommend Do Not Use This Company. There a SCAM!!!!!! 😒

My coworker has been waiting over a month for Oxcar to approve the covered repair. She has had to rent several cars to get to work. This is unacceptable! She pays every month for the warranty of which she has received NO help.

I work at an auto repair shop who does accept Ox Car Care. It's extremely difficult to find a repair facility who does for various reasons. Had a customer in for a simple oil change. Advertised as free and she was told it would 100% free. I fought for over an hour to get the oil change covered. I was out on 2 20 minute holds that ended in being sent to voicemail. The third call I got through to someone but was put on hold once again. The customer was able to get through to someone after 3 calls that got disconnected while on hold. Her 4th call we were told the oil change claim process and how payment would be sent. First we were told payment would be issued immediately after the invoice was sent via email and to call back. Second we were told it would take up to 48 hours to receive payment. They only cover $60 for a synthetic oil change and $15 for a tire rotation. They refused to...

Do not use this warranty company… My car been at the dealer for 3 months and they have not paid the dealership at all.. The last time my car was in the shop it took 3 months because there system was down and I had to pay out of pocket and now I’m going through the same thing again.. Don’t say I didn’t warn you…

I have yet to receive any information or documents from Ox Car Care. That doesn't sit well with me.
