I WAS TOLD TO TAKE MY CAR IN TO GET A OIL CHANGE AND WHEN THE MECHANIC FINISH THE JOB THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DID ANSWER THE PHONE THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 45 TO 50 MINUTES. they trying to get out of paying this oil change bill.THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS UNLESS THEY MAKING A PAYMENT I HAD TO CANCEL MY POLICY TODAY 9/20/24 OVER $85 AND THE STUPIDITY THIS COMPANY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM I THINK THIS IS A SCAM I NEVER HEARD OF NO OXCAR CARE I'M GOING BACK TO CARSHIELD OR PROTECT MY CAR WHERE I KNOW I WILL GET GREAT SERVICE AND RESPECT.ONCE AGAIN THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY PEOPLE'S WORK THERE IS STRAIGHT UP IDIOTS THEY SWITCH YOU FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT STALLING SO YOU WILL HANG UP THE PHONE... NOW WATCH WHEN THE ASSHOLES SEE...

My truck has been at the dealership for 3 weeks....3 weeks without any communication or notifications from Ox
unless I call them. When I do call, I'm on hold for 10 to 15 mins; that's a long time to listen to the testimonials of people Ox has helped (for the very same repairs) just to be denied.

The Customer Service extention is great until you have to make a claim. The Claims Department reps sound like they have all had the same unemotional, unmotivated, hurry to get you off the phone attitude.

After 3 weeks of waiting, I called to check on the status and the rep advised me that my claim was denied....and they still haven't put it in writing.

I've served my country and city with pride and distinction and this is the thanks I get.

I need to see about trying to get a refund because I don’t like the way things are handled and was not handled the correct way. I never got paperwork. All I got was a email and I was promised a hardcopy to my home address but I never got it, I just spent money out my pocket to get a vehicle of mine fixed and by me not having a contract I couldn’t use you all

A problem with my GMC TO HAVE FIXED THEY SAID I wasn't over the Thousand miles to have it fixed.I left another warrant place they wouldn't fix what I needed then I got yall and now yall don't want to this fix coming up problem. So both of yall need to sued.

I bought a New vehicle and call to cancel the vehicle I traded in.
the rep has very pleasant and verified my address. It took about 5 minutes to process my cancelation. Howerver, I was informed that I had to email cancelations to get any refund but the agent did cancel my policy without any problems.
