This company is HORRIBLE if you are looking for a warranty. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I have had nothing but a bad experience dealing with them. They are rude and the lie alot just to get you off the phone. My vehicle has been in the shop since last Thursday and today is Tuesday. My dealership said they cannot get to a live person and the communication is horrible. When I called them they tried to lie and say it was the dealerships fault. Which I knew was a lie, so I called them out on it. Then I was told the claim adjustors had not opened the email from the dealership. Then they told me it could take up to 72 hours. I asked what to you mean three more days, it has been over that already. They told me basically I would just have to deal with that. I don't know why I expected a different outcome. I haven’t received any paper work or information on what the ox care program cover they told me I would receive a complete breakdown on the services your company takes care. I received a bill nothing else. Reply

Shockingly bad customer service. prepare to wait MONTHS and STILL not have an answer. Apathetic Customer Service. Horrible Company RUN AWAY

This place is a scam for real. No claims approved, waiting for months with 0 movement from this company. Customer service they just hang up on you with 0 care and tell you "have a nice day-*click*"

I would give this place minus stars if I could. I’ve been paying for 3 vehicles for over 2 years and last month my transmission broke and now they are telling me they can’t cover cuz the transmission was not maintained 😂. This place is such a joke like how exactly do you maintain a transmission even the mechanic never hear of it.. save your money and go somewhere else.. if you work hard for your money please don’t give these people it’s a waste of time and when you need
