I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at Ox Car Care. The customer service has been nothing short of unacceptable. Every issue I raise seems to get tossed around without any accountability, and I can’t even reach a manager because they don’t have phones. When I try to voice my concerns, I’m often brushed off with the excuse that it’s not their fault and that they’re too busy to assist.
I dropped my car off on September 11th at 8 AM for service. The technician promptly emailed them about the issues and costs, but then we received a reply stating it could take up to five days to get approval. Now, 21 days later, I’ve made 15-20 phone calls, each taking nearly 40 minutes to get through. I’ve accumulated $800 in rental car fees that won’t be covered because the claim is still pending. The representatives I’ve encountered have shown little to no empathy, which is completely...

I felt that I was pressured into joining when I stated from the beginning that I only wanted a quote. I was given a quote but it was like, this is a one time offer get it now or it will be taken off the table. After this I was told that some other company would handle payments "which I don't remember their name". I don't know who I should contact in case of a claim, I just want to have this information up front before anything happens to my vehicle so that I'll know who and how to proceed with a claim. I'm truly NOT trying to BASH this company but it's been almost 4 months and don't have a copy of the contract or anything. I did get a good deal I believe but I don't have anything to confirm what was agreed upon. Thank you 👍🏼!!!

This company is garbage!!!! I pay my bill on time every month but you don’t want to fix my car. We have been going through this song and dance for 31 days trying to get my car repaired. Both my car mechanic and myself have submitted to you everything you have requested and your reps keep giving different answers. One rep sees the information and waiting a response, the other rep don’t see shit!!! Refund me my money and go to hell!!!!!
