This company is nothing more than a scam. They will not pay any of your claims and they will find any lie that they can tell you on why they will not pay a claim. There are are no managers in the service/ claims department So the people who answer the phone will hang up on you and become extremely rude. The only thing they do when you asked to talk to someone higher up they will transfer you back to their sales representatives which can’t help you. There is no one who can handle your complaints. Also they don’t return auto shops calls in a timely manner. Save your money if you have it and had problem please message me so they can be report to the better business and hopeful get enough to file a law suit. Also they will harass you with phone calls about new service even when you asked not to be called. I will be putting my recorded calls on youtube if they call me one more time so...
