This could be a 1 or could be a 4. The shop has had my car since late June, I have reached out to OX who informed me the inspection was completed and in the final stages of approval, the shop provided their most recent work order and due to my hospitalization they were provided a detailed list of all work completed prior to obtaining their coverage. It has been 8 days in review, the coverage says UP TO 72 hours and they are covered issues.

I am patient but it is getting to be a bit of a wait and I have other medical appointments to make and work to return to. I am reserving judgment and will update this once my 1st claim is completed.

Claim started last week of June
Claim closed 1 month later.

(Update) The car was fixed, it took 30 days from start to finish, still well longer than the 10 days it would have been but the shop was waiting...
