OX Car Care™

Auto repair shop owner here. I've had to work with several of these companies, and some are better than others. But OX is the worst I've seen. They'll take 10 days to respond to an email, hold times are over 2 hours, and they're always looking for any reason to deny a claim. This is all by design to get their customers to give up out of frustration so that they don't have to pay for repairs. OX Car Care is 100% a grift. You've been warned.

The application was very easy. There were 2 very small differences between what I was told on the phone and what was written on the contract. Once I brought them to their attention, they were corrected immediately.

I called prior to the purchase of a vehicle for a quote, Told 1 amt and gave info. Came back $30 more and said do not run. As I was on with the "supervisor" explaining why I did not want to run it. The charge came through on my card. 5 calls and 10 days later I was told it would be 30 days for my refund. Then they tried to blame me and said well why did you give you information. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Update: I stand by my review due to the circumstances, however I did receive a refund about 45-50 days later but I am not sure if it was from them or the challenge of the charge at my bank. I definitely learned my lesson dealing with this industry. Do not trust online review sutes, they are bought ... BBB Can be helpful but above all make them show you a copy of the coverage And everything.
